Does the AI make things up?
It's engineered not to: answers are restricted to your documents and structured records, every document claim must cite a real page, and citations to documents that don't exist are dropped. When the data isn't there, the honest answer is "there's no agreement matching that" — and that's what you get.
Who can use chat?
Any member whose role includes chat access — even read-only Viewers can ask questions, while still being blocked from downloading originals if their role says so.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Chat and extraction process your documents to serve your organization only; your contracts aren't training data.
