Privacy policy

Keep Track of Stuff stores the documents and data your organization uploads so that your team can search, track, and ask questions about them. Your documents belong to you.

What we collect: account details (name, email), the documents and metadata your organization uploads, and product usage records (audit logs, token counts). Payment details are held by Stripe, not by us.

AI processing: document text is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to extract structured data and answer your questions. It is not used to train models.

Access: your data is isolated per organization and protected by row-level security. Our staff access it only for support, with every access audited.

Retention: if you cancel, access to your organization ends but your data is retained so you can resubscribe later. We permanently delete it on request.
