Terms of service

Keep Track of Stuff is a contract repository and monitoring tool. By using it you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization.

Not legal advice: AI-extracted data, deadline alerts, and chat answers are informational, drawn from your own documents, and can be wrong. Verify anything you rely on; the product exists to make that verification fast, not to replace it.

Billing: paid plans bill monthly via Stripe. Trials run 14 days, no card required. If payment fails you get a 14-day grace period, after which the organization becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted for non-payment.

Cancellation & retention: canceling ends access to your organization for all members — export anything you need before you cancel. Your data is retained so you can resubscribe and pick up where you left off, and is permanently deleted on request.

Acceptable use: only upload documents you have the right to store. No attempts to access other organizations' data.
